My condolences and prayers to Ralph's passing. I did not know Ralph very well personally, but knew a great deal about his legacy of paying it forward with the ROTC and JROTC programs in Hawaii. He touched many lives in this regard. I very much enjoyed observing Ralph's natural leadership ability on the several occassions I had the honor to work with him at various volunteer events and ceremonies. Ralph will truely be missed....
