Charles Yoshio Higa, 84, passed away on November 13, 2016 in Waipahu. He is survived by sons Lawrence (Kathy), Andrew (Juliet), daughter Dawna Butala (Keith), brother Sada Higa, Grandchildren Jennifer, Michael, Heather, Maya & Calvin, Great Granddaughter Khloe. He is predeceased by parents Kamekichi and Muto , Brothers Yetsuo, Hideo, Shige, Tadao Higa and sisters Ruth Matsuda,& Betty Goya.
