Eusebio Dela Cruz Santiago, 80 of Ewa Beach died on September 4, 2016 at the Queen's Medical Center. He was born on January 4, 1936 in Dingras, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by his wfe, Apolonia Santiago; sons, Marlon Santiago and Ronald Santiago; daughters, Felicidad Ganal, Luzviminda Balicao, Mary Lo Basug, Rowena Pudiquet, and Lanie Albano; sister, Clarina Abrigado. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. on Friday September 16, 2016 at the Ballard Family Moanalua Mortuary. Services will begin at 6:30. Burial will be in the Philippines.
