John "Mike" Elliot Culkin, 83, of Honolulu, passed away on September 11, 2016 in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was a Chief Master Sargent in the Air Force. He was born in Hudson, New York. He is survived by sons Timothy Culkin and the late Thomas Culkin; daughters Cynthia Culkin and Theresa Culkin. Also one grandchild Leigh Elizabeth Weyler. Family will be holding private services.
