Manuel Harry Noel, 69, of Ewa Beach, Hawaii passed away on August 2, 2016 at Queens Medical Center West Oahu. He was born on January 20, 1947 in the Philippines. He is survived by his wife Betty; sons James and Jeoffrey; daughter Gigi and eight grandchildren JM, Jamaica, Jeoffel, Jelnalie, Janus, Ashlea, John, and Jules. Services will be held on Saturday August 13, 2016 at Ballard Family Moanalua Mortuary. Visitation is at 5pm; Services at 6pm. Black attire. Flowers welcome.
