Todd "Twiss" Rodriguez, 24, of Honolulu, Hawaii passed away at his residence on July 14, 2016. He was born in Guam on March 16, 1992. He is survived by Mother Roselynn Rodriguez, Father Herliep Nowell Jr.; Brother Sigmond Rodriguez; Sisters Elvera Rodriguez and Dehara Luther. Services are on Monday August 8, 2016 visitation 5pm; services at 6pm at Ballard Family Moanalua Mortuary. Burial to follow at Valley of the Temple Cemetery at 2pm. Casual attire.
