Bernadette “Gigi” Montojo Miranda, 43, of Pūpūkea, a whole plant-based foods gourmet chef, filmmaker, dance instructor and advocate for social justice, passed away peacefully in Haleiwa.

She was born in Albany, NY. She is survived by her mother Aurora Miranda and 7 siblings, Vincent Miranda, Maria Miranda, Vernon Miranda, Victor Miranda of St. Petersburg, Florida, Chris Miranda of Albany, NY, Belinda Miranda and Jr. Miranda of Haleiwa, Hawaii.
